Visit to Thenamgur - 5kms from Dhindivam

 


The place was built by monk sing songs about Lord Krishna around the world. before his death he completed this temple. It was completed in 1996 and remakable thing is all the painting are beautiful and mind blowing.

 


1 day is not enough i would say as the entire colony is surrounded with temples.

Paradise Never Seen Before :)

 


The Sahyadris are so many hill stations and one such hill station is Malshej Ghat, standing at 700 metres high. Malshej Ghat is the only hill station where tourists can see, feel the seasons of the year in just a single day! Malshej Ghat has a charm that appeals to the adventure enthusiast, hikers, nature lovers, trekkers, outdoor lovers and to tourists.

 


This hill station is renowned for its waterfalls, placid lakes and serene mountains. Beautiful waterfalls, verdant green hillsides, interesting rock formations the hill station of Malshej Ghat has all of this. Adding to the scenic horizons in Malshej Ghat are the flamboyant flamingoes, which come here between July and September all the way here from Europe.

Malshej ghat - Maharastra

 


This beautiful place is 120kms away from Pune city. It falls in the Shadow area of Western gahts, awesome place to visit.


 


Malshejghat has several plateaus that offer excellent views. One of the most attractive features about this place is the views afforded during the Monsoons with the lush greenery, the misty mountains and waterfalls dotting the landscape. The lake, where one can see hundreds of flamingoes in winter, is a unique sight.

 


Shivneri Fort that lies around 40 kms away is famous as the birthplace of the Maratha ruler, Shivaji. One can also visit some of the many Buddhist Caves going back to the 3rd century in the area.

 


Tourists can make a trip to the Shri Vighneshwar temple situated at Ozar near Junnar town.

Nelliyampathy, Palakkad

 


I took the New task of Exploring new places about Kerala State. Welcome to Pallakad District.


 



This fascinating hill station is at a height of 467 to 1572 m above sea level.

 


At least 10 hair pin bends have to be negotiated on the Ghat road that passes through the breathtaking evergreen forests of the Sahya Ranges.


 


Seethakundu at Nelliyampathy offers a panoramic view of about one third of Palakkad. This hill country is the delight of trekkers.
